"B-Fit Training Studios specializes in individualized training. Our premier service is personal training, and we also offer small group classes. We keep our groups small so that we can focus on the technique of each movement in class, monitor everyone’s biomechanics and make sure they are progressing towards their goal in a safe “no steps backwards” manner.
