What is it?

  • You’ll have daily tasks to complete, plus one weekly fitness challenge at B-Fit

How do I win?

  • There are 3 ways to gather points:

         1. Consistency (streak of daily tasks)

         2. Body fat loss 

         3. Winning weekly challenges

  • The person with the most overall points wins!
