More Classes, lower price tag

In an effort to create the fitness community we've always envisioned, we have decided to change our group training structure to offer unlimited classes for one monthly price.

Starting Monday, March 13th 2017, we will be offering classes six days per week, with a different emphasis on each class. Our class structure will be very similar to our current one, and the intensity will be just as high! To give you an idea of the price difference, check out the comparison below. 

Price per class with our old package: $25/hour

Price per class with unlimited package: $8/hour

First month: $4/hour

Class descriptions

Monday: Lower Body Strength

  • Traditional lower body compound lifts (squats, lunges, step-ups, etc.), plyometrics, and athletic, lower body dominant movements.
  • Muscles worked: glutes, quads, hamstrings, core

Tuesday: Upper Body Burnout

  • Upper body dominant movements in a super-set, tri-set, or circuit fashion. This is a "feel the burn" type of workout!
  • Muscles worked: upper & lower back, chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, forearms, core.

Wednesday: High Intensity Bootcamp

  • Strength training meets cardio! Rest is virtually non-existent.
  • Muscles worked: all of them.

Thursday: Lower Body Burnout

  • Lower body dominant movements, with very little rest and a cardio component.
  • Muscles worked: glutes, quads, hamstrings, core

Friday: Upper Body Strength

  • Traditional upper body compound lifts (pull-ups, push-ups, bench press, rows, etc.), lower repetitions and heavier weight.
  • Muscles worked: upper & lower back, chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, forearms, core

Saturday: High Intensity Bootcamp

  • Strength training meets cardio. Rest is virtually non-existent.
  • Muscles worked: all of them.
