From our initial assessment to our detailed nutritional guidelines, this is by far our most complete training program. Our personalized approach gives clients the results they want, while providing the foundational components of health and fitness they need. We realize that one-size-fits-all fitness models don’t work, so we offer personalized programs that are practical, efficient, and most importantly, sustainable!

Single Session   $100/hr

Small group training

Our comprehensive workout programs were designed to offer a strategic blend of strength, cardio, mobility, and athletic movements. We have a 1:5 coach to member ratio to ensure a semi-personalized experience and make sure exercises are modified to each member’s fitness level. This program is perfect for those looking to increase their strength, lose body fat, and get top notch programming written by true fitness professionals.

Strength & Conditioning 

Our founders all have master’s degrees in Strength & Conditioning, with experience ranging from Division 1 college football players to professional MMA athletes. Our coaches will take each athlete through a thorough initial assessment, and then proceed to write a sport or position-specific program. Our periodized programs are based on the latest scientific research and methods that have been proven to yield the greatest results in performance.

Our high-intensity interval workouts are the perfect blend of strength and cardio! This group class keeps the rest intervals to a minimum to keep the heart rate up and allow for maximum caloric expenditure. Prepare to sweat!

Nutritional Counseling

Nutrition is perhaps the most important factor for optimal health, fitness, and performance. Although nutritional guidelines are included in both our Individualized and Small Group programs, members also have the option of taking their nutrition regimen to the next level with our Registered Dietitian. Rather than imposing her personal dietary guidelines on her consults, our dietitian finds nutritional solutions that are practical and sustainable for each client.

Manual Therapy

Anyone who’s serious about their training program knows the importance of recovery. We work side by side with manual therapist and founder of Myorenew, Andy Fortuna, to provide the best recovery techniques to our members. From manual therapy to sport massage and injury prevention, Andy makes sure our members are getting proper recovery for optimal results!
